You will need 7T - 3" Pitch Avid Drivers and a 2205M Camoplast Track 162"x3"
You will also need to trim your rails and add a anti stab so you don't stab the track.

You have to cut the tips of your rails or they will hit the external drivers. Remove the black caps and cut your rails just in front of the shaft that is holding your limiter strap. Just like in the 3rd pic. The anti stab is the wheels in the 3rd pic and these will ensure the track doesn't stab into the rails. Remove your old shaft and install the anti stab in its place.

NO no about a 1 and a 1/4 off the tip just like the pic, after the antistab is on about 1/8 of rail should be sticking out.

Yes it will work you just need 7 tooth avid drivers,i would probably put an anti stab kit on and cut the rail tips back.

Does the stock motor and gearing have enough umf to turn that beast? or at least does it lose much track speed?

Not this wont work on a 12 unless you machine your chaincase. With 7 tooth drivers the track wares through the case and you loose all your oil it is doable but not a simple bolt on. And yes you need an anti stab and cut rail tips

nice i like that idea better with the tips on, ive had anti stab come lose and lose wheels not once but twice and wreck tracks.
