Its a big jump. Might hold, might not. All depends on how much you beat on it (style of riding), etc. I would get different rails if it was me.

I have the same machine and did is what you are talking about 156 to a 159 on a 2002 800 polaris and what i did was move the entire suspention back 1.5 inchs which is also giving your track a better attack angle works great had it on the sled for 3 seasons now and zero problems.

Got the track change done:dInstalled 07 rev 151 rails and worked like a charm no rail ext and the rails were setup for the big wheel kit :d

They were red - faded to a pretty pinkish color.
Just to keep you happy they are black now...lol..
Hi, i have the same sled and would like to know where did u find that hood? is it custon , lightweight, or from another sled. I like the look maybe u can help me out
