Attitude boxes are the worst. I had an attitude system for my first turbo. No product support, terrible product. Stay away. Try finding a Boost-it box....
They run lean at idle, and at a lower rpm cruise. Mine runs at 16ish while idling around, and slow cruise. If it's going lean at higher rpm, wot, etc... Def check fuel source. Make sure you have good fuel. Straight av is hard on fuel filters, and injectors. Mines intercooled, so I run...
Obviously check the values on the box, but if you can supply more information it would be easier to help out. What rpm, what were the afr values at each 250 rpm increment. I know it's hard to see, and remember each number, but a rough values will help, especially where it starts to fall on its...
I've tried running the gates belt on my 15 pro turbo, and they don't seem to last. They seem very brittle. Sucks paying more for the Polaris belt, but I've had way better luck with factory belts. I seem to pull the gates belts apart. Never really fray them, just chunks fall off. Even had one...
I did. I just had my track too loose. Once it was tight and sitting on the ground it was fine. I think if we didn't have the boost it cooler a 3.2 might fit. Looks like we can't move the cooler back either because the tubes comes through the top of the tunnel. If we moved it back they would...
Sorry, no pics. But I went with 2.52 ratio, and 7 tooth drivers. Having issues with skid alignment though. Front skid is off to the right about 1/4". Track is center in tunnel, drivers are aligned with the track, and the rear wheels are aligned in the track. Not sure what's going on.
I spent some time and have managed to get it to fit. I bolted the belt drive idler in, then reworked the turbo mount bracket. That way the idler is correctly mounted and square.
Anyone running a C3 belt drive on their pro with a Boost-it turbo setup? Having some fitment issues. Not sure if it will fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hey everyone,
I'm trying to install a 3" track on my 15 pro boost-it turbo. I'm having issues with the track rubbing the front couple inches of the intercooler cooler. It has the u-cooler rivoted to the front of the tunnel. With everything bolted up, I'm still having clearance issues. How far...
I've looked into this as well, and have not seen a single thread out there that says its possible. I went with the 3 ". 1470$ for the x3 through Cooper's RV in Edmonton for the track. 350 for drivers, plus anti stab kit. I do see a new take off 163 and 174 on Kijiji right now for 1000.
I'm not afraid of a little cutting, however I'm not into a new tunnel. Might look into the assault cooler idea. How did you plumb it in? Boost it drilled a hole in the lower nipple of the coolant bottle, and plumbed in somewhere else, that I can't remember where. Wish I could get ahold of tj.
I have a 15 pro, with a water to air intercooler. I have the auxiliary cooler for the intercooler running down the center of the tunnel. I'm adding a 3 " track this fall, and I'm wanting to add another cooler, to handle the heat while on the trail. Boost it used to offer a cooler that would...
I'm not sure how deep you went on the rebuild. If you had the stator off, it's possible. If it was just a quick top end, odds are its fine, because you wouldn't have touched it. Even the throttle bodies, depends on how deep you went. I would start at fuel lines.
Have you checked your fuel lines? They are made of a harder plastic, and when you pulled fuel lines to do the engine rebuild, you might have kinked them while trying to get access. Have a close look at your lines.
You also would have had your throttle bodies out. Maybe you bumped it, and put...
