3" track rubs boost-it intercooler. Need help!!!

Hey everyone,
I'm trying to install a 3" track on my 15 pro boost-it turbo. I'm having issues with the track rubbing the front couple inches of the intercooler cooler. It has the u-cooler rivoted to the front of the tunnel. With everything bolted up, I'm still having clearance issues. How far back is everyone's cooler mounted under the tunnel? Did you grind the fins of the cooler? Cut the paddles a bit?
I did have the track loose, and machine on its side when I spun it over. I have to adjust my 7 tooth drivers the re-install everything again. Hopefully it's something easy, I can't be the only one with this setup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever get this sorted out? I'm having the same issue with the 3.2, going to cut the tips off the lugs to make it clear and i ground the fins flush at the front of the tunnel too.

I did. I just had my track too loose. Once it was tight and sitting on the ground it was fine. I think if we didn't have the boost it cooler a 3.2 might fit. Looks like we can't move the cooler back either because the tubes comes through the top of the tunnel. If we moved it back they would hit the fuel tank. Good luck..

Yeah that's right, pretty much stuck with the turbo cooler where it is. And from my findings a 3.2 just barely fits, but will rub anytime it sees any track slap at all, which to me is too tight, so trimmed to a 3 it will be.

After pondering it I'm not sure it would make a difference, moving the front down an inch to the assault hole won't change how the track goes over the top of the drivers. Even lowering the rear of the skid an inch wouldn't do much, as it rubs the coolers just a couple inches before the drivers so it would take a drastic change in the rear to make a small change up front. Unless I'm thinking about this wrong.

As I see it the only way would be to run a drop and roll or a 6 tooth driver. Although no one makes a 6 tooth and probably for a good reason they would be about 5.75" in diameter. Or an aftermarket tunnel that ran thinner coolers, or had the coolers start further back in the tunnel.
