The Daltons are simple easy to adjust, the easiest, there is nothing easier, just like the CPC, . I have used many sets, but I find them very flat. They don't have a lot of weight in the heal, therefore I find that they have no snap, like the MDS.
I found a new 2011 M1000, last spring. Picked...
I initially put mine in too, but with several conversations with Greg at Jaws, he said keep it in. I have tried it with it being in and out...is there a difference?? Only a dyno can tell you, so I do believe Greg.
However....last winter, very late in the year, I took my HCR to Brent Linderman...
How does it idle? Have you tried running it on a stand? Not under load..
First of all, get rid of the old gas, priority 1!!! New plugs. 2 years sitting is along time. Fresh everything up..
If has had gas in for that long, the fuel pickups might be gummed up. Definitely a fuel issue.
Good chance it is the temp sensor relocate. Are you piped? Mine did similar things when I moved my temp sensor with my Jaws pipe.
Would barely run. Some guys had the same problem on the Snowest forum.
When you were done your last ride in November, did you leave it idiling for a while.
You might of loaded it up pretty good with fuel when you shut it off.
Do you have a pipe and some typeof fuel box on it? Maybe you are way to rich.
The way you are saying it clears up on the ladder, sounds like...
Just put a C3 on my 14 HCR. Pretty darn simple actually. Weighed the take off parts and they were exactly what C3 said.
Sure spools up easy, can't wait to put it on the snow. Stayed with the stock, 2.63.
