Recreation supply, around 200$ when I bought it. Not expensive when your chasing a clutch issue. You compress them to 74mm and then 41 mm and that is the measurement that they use for the spring. I think they have a 10% variance. Here is the Doo chart for drive springs.
Keep an eye on the primary spring. We have seen a couple of them sag out in one season of mountain riding. We keep one in the garage at home just in case.

Yes the one below the head light is not great in any deep snow, it is nice when your coming out on a dark trail. Still not worth the money. That why I was asking price for yours. If it less it might be worth trying.
Had a good look at one yesterday , it does replace one strap but the other stays in the skid. So when you are at full length you are using both it looks like. The piece that holds the strap ( cam) is spring loaded so there should be very little load on the plastic lever. The lever basically...
I bet you will see a bigger engine, with all that track why not put more power in front of it. They will ride the 3 inch track and the R motion suspension another year or two.
Stock sleds blow up to, anything that is mass produced has a failure rate. anytime you cut a cast (bore them out) you can open up weakness in it in the jug. Sometimes there is more to a failure than you see. Good luck!!
So it turns out the primary spring is weak, it does not show any sag(same height as the new one). it does not show untill you compress it to 41mm. less than 900 km's on it.
The gas ran fine in the 2015 T4 that I rode with, we are carefull about gas station and age of gas. reed valves good, one tip was chipped they were covered in a light oil film, replaced with V force. Pulled rave valves they were a little covered in oily residue cleaned them. Going to take it in...
I'm having a similar problem, last year ran on 3 clicker setting and first ride this year had to run clicker five and still only got 7700-7800 on the digital tach. Pulled the reed valves all is good, cleaned clutch, compared spring to new and the same. Measured bushings all in spec. Having a...
We rode Allen on Wednesday and it was good. As mentioned before there is a nasty crust about a 8-12 inches down. We seen small person trigger slides on steeper inclines. Also a warning that you be careful dropping down into the lower bowls, lots of wind blown snow sitting on that crust and there...
sirkdev is right don't mix! What ever you use check to make sure it's aluminum compatible. Doo uses the green. The orange has been suspected to soften plastic and there is a lot is plastics in your cooling system.
