Most likely you have separate issues. Make sure the throttle cable is adjusted properly to much play will cause this as the TSS will come into play. You may have sticky clutches also but the 2 are not connected. Possibly a broken primary spring or a belt that's to long or not adjusted properly.
The cat recoils are pretty good not alot of issues. I would pull it off and check it out might just need cleaning and re-grease it. Could also be a loose cup either way it needs to come off.
Do you jump alot? I ask as looking at mine the clearance is minimal sitting on the floor. I think these are breaking when the suspension is being fully extended like in a jump. I was thinking if a guy removed some material where the arm sits it would stop this from happening.
I have read about the helix starting to flex over time, throw in some worn rollers and you have a sticky secondary. Broken spring could be a culprit also. The flexing helix seems to be on higher mile sleds but they are built light and any thing can happen. I have the same sled but have not...
Its most likely not the fuel pump. Check for the right belt and try a new one. Then it is most likely the clutching. You are on the right track with the stock pipe and stock clutching.
The 2.6 I put on my M sled was the best upgrade I made. If someone told me that .35 of an inch would make that much difference I never would have believed it. The A20 flipped has good hook up and equally as bad braking.
Should bolt in no problem drivers are the same. If you pull the DD there are bolts under the rubber piece that need to be removed to get the DD out. You also need a long extension to get the bolt that holds the drive shaft to the DD. The bolt comes out from the brake side. If you remove the...
If you had the light off the hood when you reassemble be sure to remove the three screws on each side holding the filter on. I have seen guys just muscle the intake back in and that is when the outer filters pull apart. The gaps can be bugger to see even with the goggle bag out. Use a good flash...
The Alpha uses 0646-905 and the Riot has 0646-907 listed. The Alpha will be around 68 grams of weight. I would check with your dealer how your machine is set up. I am not sure what the Riot comes set for elevation. It may be fine the way it is, maybe not perfect but being your first time to the...
part # 0605-576 should fix you up, sometimes just tightening the two bolts holding the bushing will remove most of the play. Either way a cheap and easy repair.
Build a bar that goes across the rail and attaches to a tie down on the opposite side of the SC. Make the attachment adjustable so you can get the right amount of down pressure on the SC. It turns it in to a two part clamp but should work quite good. Hopefully I explained it good enough so you...
The OEM parts come from a four stroke or the race sled, the difference being the race sled still use a pad with manual adjustment and the 4S uses a roller.

For the M series a wide strip of velcro and two push snaps. I have one on my M and it works good a lot better than the low rider it came with. Another good option is the Cat seat from 2010/2011, a little heavier than the boss but mounted better and with more storage. If you get the boss be sure...
I hear you and its true if you keep your current truck much longer you need to drive it till she drops. Half tons are alot better when it comes to used there is more of them and better pricing. Enjoy your search i have bought used the last few times and found premium low mileage with warranty.
Option 4 keep the 2012 and make payments to yourself, buy rental / investments. If you did regular maintenance that truck should have plenty of miles left.
New truck is nice (70k plus?) but your warranty will be gone in 3 years with 4 more years of payments and you have 30 to 45k on the truck...
