2018 Ascender Recoil Issues

Has anyone had issues with the recoil start on their 2018 Ascender? I can get mine to work but it seems the mechanism must be getting worn as it misses about 50% of the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the routing of the pull cord, lots from the factory are routed wrong.

The cat recoils are pretty good not alot of issues. I would pull it off and check it out might just need cleaning and re-grease it. Could also be a loose cup either way it needs to come off.
