Got a buddy with a 99 mxz600 and he's running a 6 inch riser kit. Problem is the steering shaft can't handle the extra leverage, as it has broke a few times. Once above the pivot ( which was welded ) then it broke under the pivot a year later.
Anybody have any info for a aftermarket steering...

I would look into a aftermarket disc brake kit.. I put one on my 99 foreman 400 and they work great.. I got it from Royaldistributing.com ( high lifter is the manufacterer ) and it took about 4 hours to put in.. Cost was around 400 bucks, and it comes with calipers, rotors, and pads.. And...
