The ferry is free. Drive off the ferry and continue on the gravel road for a bit. You should see plenty of spots to camp on your right hand side.

Even with these temperatures, huh? That's too bad. So it's going to be fairly short again this year? I assume the lake is frozen, no? I know we parked on it last year. It would be pretty cool to add a track or something of that sort on the lake to extend or add to just the trail ride.

Any news on this? I would like to decide whether it's worth the drive or not.

I would certainly be interested in a map if you don't mind. I created a map myself through a topo app on my android tablet that I use for navigation on the side by side but an extra map for info wouldn't hurt. We're heading out there next week for a week trip.

Also interested, although this is the wrong forum section. This is for rally events and such.

I didn't even know there are Falls there. We just rode there for a day. Made it in top of the mountain where the old fire watch tower was.

We've been there last summer and stayed on the right of the gravel road. Plenty of trails if you ask me. Will definitely be going back once the snow is gone.

Thanks for the reply Dooitorbust. Yes, I was referring to the washed out bridge. I assume it's pretty crowded may long weekend? Can you give me a pointer of where the staging area is there? I have been trying to find it on google maps but no luck.

Planning a trip there this summer. Is there a better time to go there? Has the bridge been repaired?

Any size restriction for side by sides for this particular rally?

We are going to the Ruby Falls area today and I just found your post. Madkawi Would you perhaps have some gps maps of your trails down there? You seem to know your way around. I would really appreciate it. All I have is the PLUZ map form the aep site but it looks like there are more fun trails...

I'm only taking beer Haha! Good point though. It just that usually everything inside the box gets squashed to bits from riding.
