It looks to me like there's oil seeping through that oetiker clamp. Maybe try removing the clamp and zip tying it really tight, cleaning it up and taking it for a ride before you start swapping out heads. Also I can't imagine why the head would need to be replaced. That press in fitting is in...
I would look at the tach signal and the boost line. Here's a manual from a few years ago.
Like snopro said give us more info on your sled and maybe we can help you out with a few more suggestions. Depending on the sled 100lbs of compression could be a problem. Also some sleds are more...
Captain Ron at Powerhouse Customs built a tube chassis with a Volkswagen TDI Diesel in it a few years ago. Never did hear how it ended up but they were talking about it being able to handle upwards of 30lbs of boost.
Depends on the settings in the position sensor. The easiest way to tell if your hesitation is rave related is to pull the over off and start the sled. Within the first 5 seconds of running the raves should draw from the mid position to the full closed position closest to the cylinder. If they...
I think you could get away with 8 tooth Drivers with a small track like that.
I have a set of 3” pitched 8 tooth avids I’d sell you. PM me if you’re interested.
Here's a link to a map from 2014. There is always a lot of logging out there so things can change a lot from year to year but it should be a good guide.
They must be telling the ecu the throttle (via the throttle position sensor) is further closed than it is so it supplies less fuel before the turbo spools.
As I understand 509 is out of stock for the season so if you can't find them in a store you're likely SOL until next year.
I have a set of infernos. I bought them last year and they work great. I hardly ever take my goggles or helmet off now.
Although you're just trying to stir the pot I'll bite. Most of the fanfare was about the design of the crank- considerably beefier and bolted mains should in theory stand up to boost better. No one said anything about the pistons which seem to be the problem everyone is experiencing which...
Here’s a link to an XIC manual from a couple years ago. It may not be the most up to date but a lot of good info in there.

I’m pretty sure he’s building it for someone as mentioned above. Daryl’s still running his 2014 XM that will give almost any naturally aspirated sled a run for its money.
It should be interesting to see how that sled works though.
