Mine came with the wheel vise, extra width sides and drop away table for the rear tire. I think most of them are good it is just the ones from princess auto or harbor freight you have to avoid.
Our company does driving tests for new drivers and does re testing every year for all drivers no matter if they are owner operators or company drivers.
Old or not this is still happening. We have contractors that have two drivers doing daily runs that only require one. Not sure what deal they have going on.
I would be more concerned about getting it up on a deck vs tying it down. Straps are the easy part. Straps over the wheels would be the best. But are planning on winching it up?
I had one. Professional grade. Cost about 1500 or so. Worked well but a little light for the sxs. Sold it and will buy another one some time. Stay away from the PA one IMO

Couple trips to Maui I took my own. First bunch of times when I had to use a loaner it made it back to the house then I didn’t wear it until the next day when returning the bike.
