i don't think anyone needs a law to tell them to wear a helmet on a bike , sled or atv. too many laws too many SJW's, common sense prevails as far as i'm concerned.

Agreed. If you’re too stupid to wear a helmet and cabbage or kill yourself in an accident it’s nature’s way of clearing out the shallow end of the gene pool.
