Exactly. A lot of auto reviewers have done testings on the tesla suv towing a trailer on mountain roads and range is cut down significantly to a point where they could not make it to the next charging station. We all know the e-tec sips gas for trail riding for on those deep days.......you're...
Like someone else already mentioned, Oakley inferno has been discontinued so you cant get them anymore. The choice comes down to the 509 and Abom and if i were in the market for a heated goggles right now, I'd get the Abom over 509. Nothing against 509 but it just seem their products are not as...
I have 3 pairs of the oakley inferno but the fact that Oakley discontinued them and it is really hard to find replacement parts, id have to give the abom a consideration down the road. How bad is the battery life?
Well....we have not had any significant snow for a while now. Whistler area got a little bit last week but nothing really epic at the moment to be honest. Long term forecast looking sunny and dry until the end of the month but as usual, those can easily change.
The rear part of the tunnel is known for being weak but it is a $150 part so seems like it is kinda designed to bend and replaceable. Do the same thing to a Doo..............it is a write off
OOopps, i meant shorter tunnel. At least that's what burandt's logic with running a 163 on his 155 chasis. Anyway, i think it is silly talk with the whole shorter tunnel thing but hey seems like that's the trend.
The shorter lug would wheelie a lot less than the taller lug in the same snow condition. That's just a given. The shorter track allows the sled to keep trenching and move forward where the normal tunnel length will get hung up on the snow
No one said you cant but unless you ride in 2-3ft fresh all season long, the 2.5" works just fine if not better. On the 154 gen4 the consensus is the 2.5" is actually the preferred track than the 3"
Inreach changed their pricing plan recently. Now the cheapest plan is $19.95/mo and you get nothing. I signed up about a year ago and pay $14.95/mo and includes 10 text messages and unlimited preset messages.
Any update on snow conditions? Looks like it is warming up on the coast so thinking about heading up that way to find the good stuff. Rode in Blue River a few years ago and we had a blast.
FWIW, if the brace slides down often then it is not the right fit for your leg. FYI, I have been wearing the mobius the last 2 seasons with great results.
Not even close. Personally I would not venture out to the glacier until late january or february. The season started off strong up here but the recent warm weather and rain did a lot of damage to the coverage.
Prizm Inferno FTW!! No more foggy goggles ever!
Jade is good for sunny days and some clouds but I'd avoid on those socked in days.
Rose is pretty good all around even for socked in days.
