I'll be down with a buddy in Elkford tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday if anyone has some suggestions or cares to say what is more tracked out. Somewhat familiar with Elkford, haven't ridden fernie before, just corbin. Or if any one wants to come out/show us around a bit would be happy...
My guess is that he only had health insurance in Alberta. Little known fact that if you are from a different province and require things like medical flights such as getting hurt in bc and requiring transfer back to Alberta, ahs won't cover it. You will get a bill. In guessing passer didn't...
That's why I'm so confused! They didn't take my 350! My guess is targeted. Followed home waited for lights to go off and used a relay attack box as it is one of those keyless start deals
Looks like a Marlon deck with the extension that flips up into the deck. When today there are pins to put in. Looks like he forgot that and it flipped back up.
Stolen off our driveway this morning. My neighbours truck. Shared driveway with 6 houses. Must have been a pro. Not a thing laying on the ground, s neighbor who isn't here often with the truck. Stolen at 1am in Canmore. Neither myself or My dog woke up but the neighbors did when she heard it...
Quartz Monday. 10 to 20cm with still places in the trees that are very deep. Lots of wind from the sw. The cornice over area 51 is huge! Caution if the sun comes out. Otherwise great coverage.
Interesting read. Goes over some of what they do locally and plans for the future. Google "tca tenure amendment" 38 page pdf i can't figure out how to link it.
Correct, it's doesn't open until then. I do know they have an application in to guide up there, build yurts(on forester fsr) and a bunch of other stuff. Came across a submission of some sort a while ago.
Nope. General plan if using a day permit. If you have an annual, you must check what is open. A couple other times to follow too. http://www.pc.gc.ca/en/pn-np/bc/glacier/visit/hiver-winter/ski/
Any one can take the permit application. It mostly pertains to where you can park, permanent closures for avalanche control and study plots. Other than that you can pretty much go anywhere your feet can take you. Looks close enough to McGill parking lot or cedars pullout. Easy enough to get...
I think that if they knew where the were flying and survived possibly they could have walked down to the hiway. My guess some one on touring skis has or will be walking up to that site. Should be a quick skin up there.
If you did it is laying in the ditch at lac des arcs by canmore. I saw one there on my drive home this morning. Looked like an older polaris rmk maybe?
I saw almost the identical set up in Revelstoke this weekend. I was hoping they were just moving it from one yard to another. It was a green truck with similar tire down set up. Couldn't get a picture.
