i had an 08 and it was a good machine. they had belt problems till they changed the belt. some had gauge problems and there was a recall on some drive shafts. personally id look for 10 up. as 08 was the first yr platform and they only got better.

dont worry about trying one. just buy it. its fawking awesome. most fun ive had on the snow ever. and i ride turbo sleds...
