considering the 600etec short track XRS is close to that price i'm not suprised.
take my word for it though, the KYBpro-40 shocks are great..... summit xrs last year came with the KYB-36.
well as of now im in university in civil engineering, but worked in concrete all my life, started by operating a loader and brooming floors at 14, went thru batching and dispatching and now i'm in quality control doing field tests and mix designs at 21...
looking for somehting part time next...
lol i'm sure if you wouldn't be an a-hole all the time, people would appreciate that sled for what it is. if it is indeed yours, it looks good and seems that alot of hard work went into it. If you post that wedge saying it's the best thing since sliced bread obviously the response wont be...
just curious LHF, why you never posted pics of your mod wedge on the site. you sent them to me via email, did a quick search and you havent posted it anywhere...
so here you go, anybody know who's sled this is or seen it out on the hills?? lol
and that track will make it haul auss in 660ft?
the top guys are running 136 with like half inch lugs and 1.5 inch studs and chisels.... theyre running 105mph max, and by no way can they even drive the think out of the races as most of these are riding on 2 inch shocks with motors that have no...
anyone know how things are in engineering positions out by your way... finishing next year part time at ubc but need some part time work in the kelowna-vernon area
would like pics of your sled. you always seem to talk ch!t around here and don't back it up. if there's one think i learned in the east it's drag racing and radar running.
if your running 96mph on snow in 660ft you got an average sled for open mod, so you must have tons of pics
wow longhair, your all mixed up in your lies, you do 96mph in 660 ft, your geared for 88mph...
i knwo for a fact that you need a helluva lot of power and perfect setup to run 96 in 660. check the haydays numbers in GRASS drags.... i dont even think the D&D crossfireR1000 did 96mph
fxr SX pants and jacket here, nice and light, keeps me warm in ontario and quebec so it must be fine lol
skidoo sx helmet, with progrip goggles (look them up the lens change with different light intensities) i got a red-yellow lens and a blue-clear.
got 3-4 pairs of gloves as you never know...
dont even get me started moving out there next year after getting a three day trip last year... i trail ride 4000 miles a year. and id trade a whole season of trail riding for another 3 days.
as far as touring sleds im pretty sure yamaha or doo is the way to go. the 4 stroke in the yammy is proven but heavy, the doo is supposibly lighter but might be a little louder.
looks are different from person to person, i say go sit on em both, see wich one you like best
