So what’s your excuse? Lol
Amazing bunch of flappers
You guys figure out how to reengineer this sled yet?
Probably not, same four guys telling everyone how great they are and that one time they did something cool.
Ever pull a TPS report? Everyone rides at 6500 more than they think.
I mean I know %90 of the guys in here are Kuster quality riders who are WOT %90 of the day but the reality is they aren’t. Lol
I read some info today that said it was on the Turbo. Over 75 degrees Celsius for 1 minute will alarm, then over 10 mins it self destructs denying you any warranty.
Ugh yeah no thanks lol
But if they wanted to go back to the big twin again XXX=999cc
BD Turbo pics are popular today on social media from some guys who ride in WestYellow.
Well you don’t have to wait much longer.
Tony Jenkins is down riding the sled today, I think Norona is there too.
Over on DoodTalk they are hung up on the XXX that flashes up so often and are of the opinion it means the return of a Triple.
That could also follow along with the “news so...
The easy guess is they turbo’d the 850. I know they have been running a turbo on a few of Brett’s sleds this winter and they hadn’t for the last few in WestYellow. If they can keep the belts on them lots of guys will be snowchecking one.
Few people have said a four stroke on other forms. There...
And when you go to the skiers link the HEET is the same goggle as the HEET snowmobile. It’s no different. It was designed for skiers and then marketed as snowmobile users. It’s design that they claim made it for snowmobile use was its helmet capability which they first used for...
It’s still a very small battery compared to the Oakley/509/other. I have used them a lot and at the end of the day when I want it most it is usually dead even in burst mode.
The Abom Ones are no larger than the 509 Kingpins. If anything they are smaller.
I can take a photo of all three I...
I pay $6 a month taxes in and that’s up a dollar from the $4 I used to pay for the last five years.
Each fall I tell them I want the promo rate and that’s what I get. It’s still expensive but I enjoy having it.
I have the MTNPRO best and have run the BCA radios. I just don’t out them in the radio pocket. It’s a pain to get to when you want to charge it anyways. My shovel is still inside my pack.
I don’t have the heats but I have the Abom One’s, Oakley Infernos and 509 x6’s.
If the Abom battery lasted longer they would be my number one. Nicest clarity in lens. Oakleys are still my go to goggles. The battery is better and clear as good as the Abom. Really feel like a wasted my money on...
My 16 ran hot even with a snow flap. My 18 with the updated thermostat runs cold, almost too cold at times and I haven’t run a snow flap in two seasons.
If you have a 16-17 the thermostat is most likely the culprit.
If it’s an 18 I have yet to see one fail but it’s possible a piece did get...
I don’t know too many gingers I trust to begin with.
People will buy something new and tell everyone they talk to how great it is just because it’s and want to justify their choice. Some things work better for other people, I can jump on 4 people’s sleds and they have 4 different set ups which...
Why carry one radio? Why not two?
Technology has become cheaper and with the cost of new sleds which account for most of us as very few people are riding old iron in the back country and the money we put into everything else to ride there is little reason to not have radios, GPS’s, Rinos...
