Just to let people know the FSA family ride is back on this coming Saturday at the rolling hills cabin. Leaving Morrissey at 10 am. We will be serving a free lunch so if around the area drop in. For any families that want to ride with us up to the cabin please join us at the kiosh at 10am

Great work day today finishing the assemblies of the barbecues at both the cabins. Even went for a ride afterwards. And had a few snow and members at the cabin. Now we can do the family ride and barbecue on Saturday

Well, to answer my own question: you can ride from the tin shack up the pipeline. Boy is it thin at the bottom but enough. Gets better as you go but not normal. Everything is wind affected and settled but a reset looks like it's coming. We only passed by the Rolling hills so can't comment on that. Everyone hit something, only two got damage.

Did you need to drive in from the shack or stage right at it? Last time I was there it was getting logged and haven’t staged there since.

We road monday tuesday and it was awsome ,lots of deep untracked all over. Saw the new BBQ great job guys! I heard the groomer was broken.

We parked in sight of the shack, some others went a bit further but the road was unplowed that day so no need to go further or maybe not even wise. Could be the loggers went back to work Monday though.

We staged at tin shack Monday. No logging. Looks like they are using the yellow gates. Had a radio on the RR channel that was posted at tin shack and it was pretty quiet.

Family ride on tomorrow then its time to hibernate as the cold moves in on Sunday for 5-6 days. -25 daytime temps are about 10 degrees colder than I want to ride

Awesome turnout for the FSA family ride today. Tons of sledders,lots of good food, even had some homemade chocolate chip cookies for everyone. Sure glad it wasn't too cold for the event. Hope everyone had a good time.
