BC govt uses nothing but Sceptor cans. The toughest longest lasting cans on the market by far. I've used them for years and never had a problem. Tried Wedco once, but had nothing but trouble. The unvented Sceptor cans kinda suck, but have never had any leakage or dripping issues.
It doesn't matter what firearms controls are in place. If someone wants a firearm they will get one, either a legal one or an illegal one. All you need to know are the right people. If firearms were suddenly not available anywhere the lunatics would use some other tool.

I had a problem with an auto wrecker once. Visa required a statement from me with pertinent documentation and the transaction was cancelled by them. Easy as pie.
