My brothers truck was stolen last night. He lives west of town in the vanway area, I think we'll take a gander down mcbride timber fsr and other fsrs to see if we can find her. Please keep an eye out for her

Rear tires and the bags are still in tact. That's about it. ICBC told him they cant get a tow truck in there so their just going to leave it.

Ya, he is wanting to get into a 6.7 but a 15. If your selling it though pm me some details and price, maybe that'd be a better rig for him. He had that sh*t liter paid off and bullet proofed, we spent a lot of time getting her how he wanted it. Only had 120k too

He does have receipts for the work, I really hope he gets a good settlement for it. The thing was friggin mint

Did ford put an immobilizer in the 08+ superduties?

ICBC is just going to leave it? did they give that to him in writing? I'm sure BC Forestry or BC Environment would LOVE to see that email.

I agree totally Tyler. I don't think ICBC would like to see that in writing. There is no way they can get away with that, this day and age!
Thats exactly what I was said. I don't see why they couldn't get a cat in there to drag it out. Well except for icbc not wanting to spend any more money then they have to

If that spot is where I think it is there used to be a burned out 80's Chev just to the right out of the frame of that photo.

I wouldn't doubt it, I wonder if icbc ponied up and payed the tow bill for that one, the trails called the lc gunn. You can get to it from the northbound lane just before the bridge coming out of the bcr. Or from guay road I think it was off of 16 East, its the first right after the bridge going east of town.

I'm familiar with the area, family used to own a quarter section up there. Was always a hassle due to illegal dumping, 4x4's, and hookers and johns. We logged it and sold it close to 10 years ago now.

Oo I see, ya i'd think it would be worse for illegal dumping now with the standard tipping fee at foothills landfill. I did notice some old burn piles off the trail, I was thinking it was logged a long time ago.

But anyway, my brother texted me today I guess they got rons towing to go up and grab it out of the bush which is good

Just too bad the crack heads burnt the thing down, there's only so many older ford's to steel

Yea definitely, we were thinking they'd take it to a chop shop and part it out. But no these scumbags just wanted to joyride something
