anyone try the zbros a arms instead of the cat ones with the 38" kit for the 2012. i wanted to powdercoat the a arms and wanted to try this route.looks like you can take them apart unlike the stock ones. i tried powdercoating last yr on the 40" a arms but it ruined the bushing. i was looking at the bdx spindle setup as well where you only replace the top a arm but i'm not sure about this spindle yet.any thoughts?

I installed them the other night. They fit good. Plus you can take them Apart to get powdercoating done.$550 for the set

Did you get the shocks re-shimmed for the shorter arms or did you keep them the original size?

Yeah i put the spacers in the shocks.rode today in blue river, they seem to be fine. I see there's a post about leavin the shocks , which I think would be fun to try as well. Either way it seems better than last yrs set up. I also put on powder pros. way different sled.
