If you respect the power and ride inside your ability it's not too big. I'm very sure that your Dad has instilled this in you and has good faith in your riding ability and maturity or he would not have set you up with a high performance 4 stroke!!!

He didn't have the hook at that point but he tried real hard...............then he asked for the hook In his defence only a yamaha would of made it that far !! I have better pics of him stuck but they are on another friends camera.

heres one from bruderheim, was trying out a cat 700, went into a mud bog and popped a retaining clip for a front axle.4 hours later it was out, and we had to bring the truck to it.....so i bought a grizz. notice the 2 grizz up on the bank and winching off a power pole.....thats stuck!

Not to mention all the work you got to go threw to clean all the mud and crap off of the machine. Drop the skid plates and stand on the end of the pressure washer for at least an hour to get all the crap washed out of every nook and cranny that it gets into. I hate getting stuck, time is better wasted traveling down the trail.

Drop the skid plate? I would call that a little anal ............cleaning the quad is just a small price to pay after a long day playing in the mud. It's all fun!
