how you twist my words dave, now lets get with the program. i stated i don't condone, agree or like wibo's actions, methods or ideas. period, i stated i can understand how he got there. i could care less if he was alive or dead!!, one guys terrorist is anothers freedom fighter dave, take a look at a history book dave, just about anyone out there. i don't have a hate on for big oil dave, just that you have stated that oil companies are the greatest thing since sliced bread, and have nothing but the public's interest at heart, that is what i take exception to dave. i have given a small example of why i think the way i do, i have a lot more. i have no objection to you defending your home dave, only you can't seem to decide what defending your home is. someone breaking into your house, assualting you with a wepon. or a friggin coward, shooting somone in the back. i don't agree with shooting a gun at a kid trying to steal a quad or pulling donuts in your yard. there are better ways to handle this.

Comparing Weibo the Bashaw farmer to Ludwig is ridiculous. Weibo used a high-powered huntring rifle with intent to kill. The Bashaw farmer used a small shotgun with light shot with the intent to stop the thieves(he shot him in the leg.) Weibo shot a 16 year old girl. The Bashaw farmer shot a 35 year old MAN. The KIDS were joyriding, he shot her before even making an attempt to stop them. The thieves ran when told to stop.

Are we forgetting that Weibo set bombs on oil sites? Thankfully no one was hurt by these, but it could have been much worse than it was.

Is this what we are coming to? If I don't like that there is a wal-mart in my town i am allowed to bomb it and people will support me? Did you people support Osame Bin Laden to? Hitler didn't agree Jewish people's religion so was it okay for him to kill them? Both those guys took a stand to.

Of course you are all assuming that ol' Wiebo pulled the trigger. I would suspect that it was the son, just from the way it all transpired. As I stated before " is this the end or the beginning. The problem is, as in any fanatical religion, what people will do for the"cause". Hopefully Wiebo was the driving force behind the family, but the embers are there. not sure what ya read Dave? i find newpapers, news media very one sided in their opinions. my experiences usually form my opinions, and thus are very valid Dave, i'm very interested in discussing any matter you'd like, but today you seem particlarly wound up, why? i thought it was just a simple exchange of ideas, has it become more?
