Finally got a call back from the coroner, ruptured brain aneurysm was the cause. They tell me that there is nothing I could have done.

So very sorry for your loss. That is exactly what happened to a good friend of mine just before Christmas. So sudden and nothin we could do... Your daughters are likely your best crutch for now, somehow women tend to be a little tougher in these situations.... But as others mentioned, don't be ashamed to reach out for counselling whether professional or good friend, it can go a long way...

That would be tough to deal with. At least you now have some sort of closure. Be strong Ken and look after your girls.
