Lots of people out this weekend- good access- roads are dried out and great corn snow to shred.

Can a person still access the road up to Renshaw?
The gate is locked and the only way up is to go around the gate with a quad/sxs and a small trailer like what we use. The ditches past km23 will be tough to get through now.

Thanks Doug, how do you do that? Can't find where to do that

Since the site has been broken for quite some time I'm not sure how the guys that have pictures rotated are supposed to do it to prevent it.

It is quite a process on my end; I download your image(s) to my Photos, in Photos I can rotate the picture, then I drag the picture from Photos to the desktop, re-size if necessary, start a new post, and add each of the images. Then I drag images from the desktop to the trash and go back to Photos and delete each image.

Good thing I'm retired and have nothing else to do, eh!

I suspect there will be even more flooding soon, as the main upper snowpack hasn't even started to melt in most locations?
Yup. when the heat hits some places will be in trouble.

In the area north of Revy that i ride, there is a pole we use as a guide for snow depth. The snow pack has dropped only about 2.5 feet since April 16th till this past weekend. I bet the water volumn is almost the same just a condensed snow pack.

Today's snow pillow data for Mt Revelstoke. Barely started to melt.
