So my boy is 12 and he is very active he races bmx in summer he does Taekwondo, volley ball and basketball i drop him off at school at 7 for basketball training twice a week before school. Then twice a week he does Taekwondo also basketball so 4 nights a week he is busy after school also some saturdays he does basketball he is always hungury and we are thinking he is burning more calories that he is getting. As most 12 year olds he is a fussy eater so what should we feed him to boost his calories i did a search and an active boy at his age should be eating 2000-2500 calories a day and he is not getting that.
