I don't have WHITE OAKLEY'S. But I do have black ones. I'm certainly not saying the white one are cool. But I will defend wearing any sunglasses with POLARIZED lenes with out the sun present. The only specific example I can give is while driving on any highway on an overcast day while is snowing and the plow hasn't been by in a couple days. If the lane blends to the shoulder and the shoulder to the ditch. The polarized lenses sure help the faint shadows let ya know where the edge of the road is.

I think the bright white frame would be a distraction to the wearer.
