Not recently but I was going to try it at the end of the month. My parents did it with me when I was like 9 months old but that was in the 70’s so.....If we stop at Surveyors lake, anyone been over the forestry road to Moyie? cuts out crankbrook and looks like a wicked drive.
I haven't been through there yet this year but it is mostly a good gravel road.If we stop at Surveyors lake, anyone been over the forestry road to Moyie? cuts out crankbrook and looks like a wicked drive.
Been down those roads but not since last summer. Basic gravel roads and were in good shape. You should be ok. The road starting in Cranbrook and heading to the lake has some good camp sites along one of the creeks. We will be in a 3/4 ton truck with box camper, I think It should be good. Thanks for the cell service tip, I’ll have an inreach.
Keep us informed. Start a new thread with your adventure. Much better than reading about the questionable stuff we read these days. This will be "real news"!!Leaving Friday! got a loop just under 3000KM planned over 13/14 nights!!
I haven't heard nor seen any hostilities lately. You are kind of into one of the blue collar areas (other than Kelowna) in the province and I am sure you will be fine.yessir, I hope we are welcomed with open arms... my red plate hides real well behind my camper stairs lol
