got the gate mounted and primed before the rain ...glad to get that SOB out of the garage.... not sure what color their going to paint it ???......... working on a 50 inch fire pit grill now . gotta have it done by friday morning

the center shoes are for hanging a lock......... on the top 4 shoes , only 1 moves , and a rod slides through the other 3

this is a gate i started last winter for a guy who is building a log home here in drayton, but soon backed out , and stupid ME , did not ask for a deposit. it was to fit in a hallway as a child gate . so roughly 42 inches wide ....... but now i guess i can make it as wide as i want........i could not find a longhorn wide enough , so the horns of this skull will be cut off . the skull will be then cut down the middle , and the back shaved off . so that when the gate is open there will be a half skull on each side . could not find a big enough W wheel , so i am building that too , along with the horns . getting the horn to curve the right way is tricky , but not impossible .......... will post more pics as i go

At northlands farm show they had some guy selling them, I know it is allot of work but would have too know what the competion is selling them for. nice work. I would say $1,500.00 to $2,500.00
