Re: wats more Fun. SNOW or MUD

it depends how much of each you got. 6" of snow sucks but 6" of mud can be fun 5+ feet of snow kicks azz but 5+ ft of mud really sucks. either one is great as long as we get it.:d

If this was a month ago I would have said snow for sure. Now that I have my first quad I think it may be a toss up. Too bad mud doesn't melt overnight in the heated garage. :headscratch3: Also I can find good mud half an hour from edmonton, usually 4+ hours drive for deep snow.

Snow is the best. I do both but find limited access in the summer by lakes and rivers/creeks really isnt fun. I dont like to backtrack. In the winter you can go over any water body and sleds are faster to get around than a ATV.

I like the rush I get from Mountain sledding, couldn't care less to trail ride on a sled.
In the summer time I get my fix from doing Hard core riding. Going back the same way you came is NEVER an option for me...lakes, creeks, rivers, mountains, swamps, bush, cliffs Don't matter what we come across.
I've floated quads across 15 foot deep open water, let them down and pulled them up 30 foot cliffs on winch cables, hand built bridges over 20 foot rivines, even helicoptered them into the bush. I love it.
The wife does not expect me home at any decent hour when we go out  lots of over-nighters in the summer.
