there for sure are wolverines here. It is about 9 inches by 5 inches ish I think.. I'm trying to remember. Some peeps on FB think Bear because of the teeth

Look at a German Sheperd skull it is very close to the wolf. The front canine look a little too big but you would need measurements to be sure, but the shape of the teeth and number would match either a wolf or a sheperd.

Edit: if it was a shepard it would have to have been the biggest one ever bred.

Agreed. The teeth do match a wolf. Bears tend to have quite a gap between their canine teeth and the molars.

About 2 weeks ago the kids and I were coming down the mountain. I was on the old touring sled pulling them in the skimmer to the bus stop. As we came around a switchback we surprised a "creature". We examined the tracks carefully, at first we thought cougar, but then realized it was 2 wolves.. one was HUMUNGOUS!! like massive and the other was small. I wonder if this was the smaller one and they weren't actually traveling together??

Wolf, seen lots of wolf skulls around here looks damn close, just a lil on the small side, not much out there will kill a wolverine, a few animals can but generally will stay away from them
