Anyone looking for new holdovers or demos should really be doing their research on prices as the Alberta dealers are either dumping inventory as fast as they can or are completely out to lunch on their pricing. There is no reward for being a loyal customer anymore when you can call up someone you have never done business with and they will beat the guys you have gone to for the last few years by literally thousands of dollars.
There is no money is sleds as has been stated by sales guys on here before and I agree, so why not get the business and hope for future service and parts yet some of the sales guys don't seem to care or their management is not allowing them a long enough leash to make deals to keep customers.
I snow checked a alpha and bought a 19 gen 4 lol...what did I doo...My brother has spent about 125k at a Doo dealer over the last 6ish years.
I have spent way less.
We both snowchecked last spring and my sled was almost$1200 less.
He was pissed. Went in ripped them and cancelled his order.
Next day they call him and drop his price below mine.
lol
Dealer loyalty is tough, but was the only reason I temporarily snowchecked the Doo.
Can't believe I almost bought another G4 last spring.
I cancelled my Doo snowcheck about 3 days later and bought the Alpha.
As for this thread's topic there are no bad sleds for 2019.
Pick a sled that suits you riding style, and track length you want for what you typically ride.
There is a very select few on the mountain that can fully utilize a stocker.
Get your best deal and ride the shat out of it!!!!

I bought a demo Mountain Cat from Dons Speed Parts. Awesome dealership!! It’s got 74 miles on it and it was much cheaper than a new one. I can’t wait to ride it.

This is true however when you need to get service/warranty done, you are screwed.
Depending on the brand, from what I seen and read, what the point of a 3 and 4 year warranty anymore?. Some Claims getting denied, same claim at another dealer gets approved, etc.
Alot of frustrated owners, why not just get 1 year warranty and not pay the snowcheck premium MRSP.
If yah have issues send the sled to a aftermarket sled shop, or the owner fix the problem himself.
Imo the aftermarket doing, a better job at coming up with quicker fixes.
Just my 2 cents.

He must be busy taking off high moisture barley today LolBe about as screwed as riding a Cat in Revy.
It’s 15 mins difference in time from the dealer I bought from and the dealer I used to use. When I bought from Sicamous I got better service than I could in Calgary.
I put as much weight in service delivery as I do sales at this point. If I dealer wants to give you good service they will regardless of where you bought and buying from a dealer you are loyal to is no longer a guaranty of good service.
And respond to my text would ya lol

I wish I could combine today, keeps showering and hasn't been warm for 5 days. Only 100 ac of canola swaths to pick up and then I'm done.
AC parts will be available in Revelstoke this season at Infinite Motorsports.
As far as service goes, paying $500-1000 extra for a sled from a dealer that cares is always better. When you're at home sitting on snowandmud looking at pow pics of everyone else riding that small amount you saved will not be worth it.
What model did you end up getting Johnny?I wish I could combine today, keeps showering and hasn't been warm for 5 days. Only 100 ac of canola swaths to pick up and then I'm done.
