I worked a dealer many years ago that would do this, but he made money....the owner would pay cash for all the sleds and received 15% off the order, the last year I worked there he ordered 88 sleds....sold them for other dealers cost and made 15% per unit

Why risk a purchase and getting treated poorly when you can ask where someone else has had a good experience? In most cases where your buying should be driving distance anyways... Spending that kind of dough over the phone blows my mind. If I lived in cochrane... I would buy from bow ridge... If I lived in St.paul I would buy from power merchants.... Would it be the cheapest? I don't know... But I would expect the best service being a return service and parts customer. Unless all someone has to offer is a price as an incentive.... Then they aren't worth my time anyways. Most sledders I know are after more than that.

Right! It's close... They treat your right... And they know you by name! When you walk in they aren't going to rip you off... Because they know your coming back. THAT is how you get a good "deal".. Loyalty and repeat business. If you ever have an issue.. You have someone to go to bat for you. You won't be on snow and mud complaining about how a dealer by your house you have never bought from isn't able to get you warranty.

This is how I think and purchase aswell but truth is most just don't care. Price is bottom line and rightfully so it's there money.

Exactly. Its there money. If a dealer wants to go broke thats fine. Just dont be drawing every one else down in the process. Pricing like that doesn't just affect Doo dealers but other manufacturer dealers as well. Everyone drops there shorts to salvage customers and nobody makes any money.Why not beat everyone by $100 and see if peeps drive out of there province to buy from you?
