It was just a rumor before the 2015 Doos came that since the spindles and rails weren't painted so they thought that they were titanium

I was thinking of that as well, till I read in the parts catalogue that the rail stiffners do not work on the 174 rails.

Titanium bends, who makes titanium rails?

Titanium is brittle, never seen it bend usually shears off. Besides Aluminum is lighter than titanium any way.

Yep you are correct, its fatigue limit is not as good as aluminum.

Does that mean you might order a T3 with a 169.5 in yellow?

Did you bend rails with the 163" doing said drops and jumps? That might be the first clue.......just saying!

exactly, I think that a 169.5 is the perfect length lol

But seriously, No I did not bend any rails on a 163, but I also didnt attempt as much as I plan to on the new sled so...
