The 07 XRS is back together. A little intimidating at the beginning but not really that bad a job.

Has anybody got an idea what this would cost at a dealer? I replaced the aluminum that is on the floor and both shocks. The a-arms, spindles, steering rods, were fine. The parts cost $600 including the shocks. Labour???

I haven't done anything for the past 2 day's, still waiting for parts, and need to order more.

And still waiting........Might just have to pick up what I need at the Sled Show, and cancel my other's.

Replaced the lower control arm bushings.
Replaced the front brakes.
Installed hi-lifter rear springs.
Installed RDC lift kit.
Installed gun case.

Ready for hunting now.

Doug are you regearing or just replacing stock stuff those sleds pulled hard straight out of the box have all my powder keg stuff mounted will take some pics and post that should keep the pack off my back and the weight off my shoulder damed doctors telling me no sleddn this winter can you imagine that
