replaced all my fluorescent tube lights with LED's. The ballasts were all failing in the old ones so it was like a 70's disco party in there. Crappy tire has these Noma 40 watt LED's on 50% off so $35 per. They are plug in so one of them I cut the cord and hardwired then the others I just installed double wall plugs at the power source and plugged them in...... You can piggy back up to 4 lights per power source. Picture does not do it justice, it's lit up like the surface of the sun in there now....

Yes. Have to remove the existing 5’ apron, the pour and pin pad extension. Will pour a new sidewalk and apron when walls are up. Was able to get truss diagram from builder, so 7 new trusses are already made. Should look the same to the casual observer when done.
