Not a huge difference with normal driving, but feels stronger at WOT. He removed the low speed timing retards and the high speed retard. Removed the speed limiter and lowered the fan on/off temps. I left the start in gear and reverse limits alone for safety...most racer-dudes remove those. I also left the stock RPM limits in place since I have no plans to mod the engine. He had the ECU in 3 days, turned it around over the weekend and I had 'er back in 4 days. Ended up over a long weekend, so probably took an extra day....

That's pretty fair..
I have been thinking of a stage 1 , but am more than happy with the current power and limits ( low limiter removed)
Power vrs reliability & belt life I suppose ...
It seems a stage 1 or 2 is about the max you wanna do with my machine on the trails we ride ,most people are recommending .
That would put it at about 150 ish at the crank ....

Is your XMR lowered geared as well ?curious ..
1300 k on original belt( and still in spec ) , so I don't want to mess with a good thing ...so to speak .

K like the mavs as well then ..

I think the Maverick is 30 percent in low and 17 percent in high.

On the rail the the low was sure nice in the tricky parts.

Did a quick service on the scrammy 1000 , noticed front end all loose , needs bushings / tie rod end and the usual Popo slop cleaned up ...
Great bike / love the power & handling . Awesome ...

Whip was too tall last ride. Had to shorten it 1 foot. It is less ghey now. By Jamboree I expect it to be one foot tall.
