What did you do for your ATV today?

finished installing a 4000 pound winch, and rad relocate.

rebuilt the winch today as the motor was full of muddy water and sludge.

Did you have to get new brushes or were the old ones ok?

Good Idea can get one cut in Nisku

No I didn't have to replace the brushes. As soon as I cleaned all that crap out and put it back together it worked like brand new. Gotta love brake clean! Oh I also forgot to mention when I put the electric motor back together I put gobs of dielectric grease on the contacts and such.

Going to go snorkel supply shopping today. Build snorkels and bleed brakes tomorrow... Waiting on spacers to come in. Just need to man up and order a rad relocation kit.

Depends where you want it cut you have plenty of options. I work in Nisku too.

Took it for a tear through ditches tonight..... hasnt rained in a long time here so the river is finally low enough there are some sand bars I might have to try and hit in the next few days. Also I hate the frickin clutch chatter of a popo....Might have to look up QSC for a clutch kit and see if we can fix that
