like maxwell said pulll them apart and clean everything. especially since it was good till you blew the first belt. could be crap stuck in the helix causing lots of issues. ruined my roller secondary cause i looked at it and said ahhh looks good. and kept rippin. now all the rollers are shot and clutch is a paperweight.:(
well actually 1 roller is still ok, but the helix is fugged to as it is all scarred up from all the chit in it.:d

ya exactly. and if youve blown belts that automatically means there are peices of belt in both clutches and possibly behind the primary

ya no chit, blown belt costed me , roller secondary, belt, lower crank seal, speedo cable, and both pto side bearings, oh and i had to be towed by beachsled back to his shack:(
all in all close to 400 bucks.

last year just after we finally got his running. lol then it was my sleds turn to crap the bed.
racing across the lake burping the throttle between 70-90 mph on the speedo belt didn't like it to much.:d

do you have a roller secondary?

did you replace the 6 helix slider shoes?

thats a must. only last about 1000 miles and if they are worn they will put uneven pressure on the helix and it may bind
