I'm trying to settle a debate of sorts, which make is most popular here on the prairies. I have it as a toss up between two makes but want to hear from others what they are riding. I myself ride a Nytro XTX 144x1.75 back country around home and MCX turbo Nytro in the mountains.
Thanks.

Be a little difficult to have fun with the Yam in the lower snow conditions? I've rode a 162/3 Apex around home and it definitely wasn't the easiest to carve. Our group rides Summits, with 2 others on an M8 and a CF8

Every different group I ride sticks to its own brand of sled, but it's hard to find a pattern or a more popular choice. Really seems like an even mix of Poo, Doo, and Cat. Maybe slightly more Poos and Doos than Cats? Though in the 06-11 model years I think Cat might have been the most popular, 12-14 seems like Poo and Doo.

From strictly meeting people on the trail or at rallies and such, I figured newer polaris's (11 and up) outnumbered the rest 5 to 1. Saw 10 pro-rides for every r-motion. There will be a ton of 146 summits out. I've got a switchback 1.75.

I'm thinking the Freeride 137 and 146 are going to be a very popular sight this year. Just my opinion though based on what I've heard sales wise from dealers.

Freeride 154 also. I do ride in the mountains, but it is a 30% mountains 70% home.

On the flat land I prefer my 11" assault switchback 144 2". Awesome suspension for banging ditches and the hard drifts. 13 pro 155" for the hills.

I just bought this 440 mxz X to ride at home with the kids! It was from Idaho and been in storage since 2003, still had manufacture suspension tag on it......lol

I find it to be very local to who's riding what...Cat guys seem to be very localized and there's never just a few..usually quite a few or none.

Used to ride crossfire 800's. then a low boost nytro mcx. That was awesome sled for ditches. Then a renny bcx800. Now 2014 a 137" 1 3/4 track freeride. Totally love the freeride but it lacks a bit in top speed for me. It's a lot easier on belts In the deep with the lower gears so I may leave it. The wife rides a 2011 crossfire 800. Brother rides a 2014 Xf800 and 2013 m800 153. Friends lake sleds are. Mxz 800. F1000. M800. 146 xm. 154 xp. Neighbor rides Z1 non turbo. Rx1 151. I'd say most of the ditch sleds around my area that I see on the trails (lake isle) are cats. Doos next
