So i have been behind the times, and have finally gotten an Iphone, i didnt want an iphone, I was happy with out a phone for 6 months already, my dad got me it in order to buy my love, but thats besides the point.... anyways I was wondering how hard is it to go over the 1gig usage limit per month that telus has, and whats the cost of going over your limit? Also any good free apps for the iphone?

It depends if you download alot of stuff it will start costing alot. But if you go to like starbucks the coffee shop or find a wi fi hot spot you can get internet for free.

If your house has wireless Internet hook up to that. School might have wireless to to connect to. Then u won't be using your 1 gig from telus. You can get it set up so telus texts u when u reach 75% of your monthly data usage. Also under settings, general, usage on your iPhone, there is a data counter. You can reset it every month or just let it count and remember what your at... Between these ideas you should be able to figure out how much u can use it without a hefty bill.

There's alot of places that are offering free wi-fi...McDonalds, Second Cup, Starbucks, etc. If you go over your allowable usage, it just bumps you to the next package price for that month. Not a big deal. My favorite free apps are Angry Birds, Parking Lot, and because I'm almost 40...cribbage.

find someone that's on satellite internet and if they don't have security locks on you are away LOL

the only way you go over is if you stream a lot of internet porn, that uses it up fast

thats where realplayer sp comes in. Download your favorite "movies", convert them and download them to your iphone. Or you could just stay away from videos and look at pictures.
