have you thought about trying Zbro dual spring rate kit for the fronts?
Yes looks like a decent option! I’ll try the revalve first and then may go down that road

are you just revalving for firmness or are you gonna try n get quicker rebound.
im thinking about revalving the fronts. 1 and 2 feel just so damn floppy and 3 is too firm. im only about 180 with gear

I went with the 2704-229 it’s a duel rate 160/250lb. I can’t post a pic without it being turned sideways. But it doesn’t hit the canister with preload on soft. Not sure what it will do when compressed. Also Nextech is revalving my shock tomorrow.
160/250 is that rider weight or spring rating?
Nextech hasn’t got the springs from Fox yet so looks like I’m gonna have to re-use the old spring and change it out later.
Make sure you ask them boys when they will have a carbon fiber rail made.should not be long. everything was ordered with my parts just before they shut down for holidays so in the next day or 2 I would suspect they ship.
Pretty sure they have a rail on hand for the purpose of making a mold.Make sure you ask them boys when they will have a carbon fiber rail made.

They had my suspension all summer and also have my old rail.
They are definatly looking at doing a carbon rail!
But not for this winter.
But ya everybody that gets their shock done should ask when the rail will be ready.
Carbon fiber molds are huge $$$$$$.
Yeah, they work great. The machine as a whole is pretty awesome in my opinion. Everything works very well together as a package.Noticed a big difference with the revalve on the front skid shock. Didn’t get the spring because Nextech didn’t have them in time.
I did not find my 2019 alpha front fox air shocks to lean into corners. I now have the 2020 hardcore and find the front coil springs to be too cushy and really lean into the corners. Actually really brutal. Do you guys find this as well and is this also why you guys are getting them revalued?haha I’ll ask him if my CF rail is ready when I ask him if my shocks are ready lol.

My hardcore has the front shock springs. I have not tightened up the springs. I will usually set them on position #3 for the trail and then switch to 1 or 2 when up top riding. I’m not sure if I should just tighten up the springs a bit.Revalve is to stop bottoming without a bump stop on the rail to stop breaking rails.
On my 19 I have run 45# to 85# and there is a huge difference.
Have you exhausted different air pressure setting attempts.
Just remember that to hard for the trail will not lay over nicely on top of the mountain.
I tightened up my springs a bit and run the dampening at the same levels you do.My hardcore has the front shock springs. I have not tightened up the springs.
