Warn Winches New Style maintenance required.

I was having issues with the new style warn winch. It was tough to turn the red switch on the side from freewheel to lock. I took the Red handle off, snaps off quite easily then using a cir-clip tool I removed the clip and took it off, it was quite jambed up with mud and water. Cleaned out all the mud then put it back together and it works fine now, so these are not totally maintenance free, if yours is tough to switch back and forth you probably need to do this. See the mud and water on the floor, that all came from inside that side cover.
