I disagree with your opinion JH. Ride what ever you can afford as often as you can afford to, after you have invested the money and time into the required life safety equipment and training. People cannot enter construction sites without the proper PPE, and safety training. Powersports of all types transfer the ownership of taking the necessary precautions to the individual user. IMHO there is way to much focus on the machine and not on the important stuff. Dang, I sound old :(

I am stubborn, I admit that. I take after my father....lol

I do intend to get the avy training and gear. but again i'm waiting on work, I've been hired at this company but their giving me the run around, next time I talk to them i'm just gonna say put me to work or i'm finding it somewhere else. The only reason I haven't done the avy stuff yet is money and the fact that I have none. tonight i'm leaving for onterrible to pick up my brother and move him out here as his transmission just let go, so when I get back i'm gonna start searching for local work if this other company doesn't have their azz in gear

Cant go wrong with a M8. If you get the old chassis it will be just like riding your MM so it'll be a smooth transition. If you upgrade to the Pro climb it will be just as sweet as a 04 rev!!

actually thats what drew me to the M8, its a similar platform. I've ridden Etecs, Nytro's ect and I could never get used to the riding stance/position. I like the older style better. I find them easier to turn over in the powder, they feel more well balanced, and it seems people cant say enough good things about the M8

Yamaha builds motors and not sleds.

All the others at least try to build something.

What I mean is Yamaha is a engine builder.

Yes they have chassis but suck at it.

Does b.r.p build engines. No rotax.

Arctic cat use Suzuki.

So I guess that mean kitty's and doo's build good chassis.

Yamasqua makes good engines. Not chassis.

Now this was a sled thing. U don't see me adding , kawi , Honda , Suzuki cause no sleds.
