Can some one send me directions to I believe Vega? you apparently need to cross on a ferry?

Go towards Barhead and turn north on the range road before Barhead (can't remember the RR#) follow to the ferry.

thanks! I was looking for exactly that, where to stage from. Is it better than ruby falls?

no Vega is more sand dunes and some muskeg, I am not sure if you could beat Ruby Falls or Crystal Falls. JMHO
