#775 hope this all helps. The writing is on the wall for the rest of BC if this continues. BBTOYS time to buy a helicoptor and start heli-ski operation and kiss some polititions hinny for more access. Where is next up along the mountains,Mcbride,Mckenzie, Quesnel,Stewart,etc. Makes me sick whats next. Makes some noisy pipes seem like nothing issue.

We the concerned public, BC Residents and Valemount Area Stakeholders submit this in response to the recently announced Ministry of Forest and Range Section 58 closures as part of the Valemount to Blue River Winter Recreation Sustainable Resource Management Plan (SRMP).

We are against any government closures of public backcountry recreation lands that restrict public access for the protection and benefit of commercial recreation interests. We strongly urge you to reverse this decision and protect public access.

Thank you for your immediate attention and consideration in this important matter affecting every public land user, recreationalist, tourist and related business in British Columbia and perhaps even Canada well into the future.

This is organized by Lisa at the Terracana and Valemount recreation, lets give them as many signatures as it takes to make a difference. This is a major factor in the whole mountain area from far north to deep south, even if you havent been to Valemount before you may wish to go someday you dont want it all closed. Im sure this will make an impact all over BC its the same organization that initiates these closures through out BC.
