Sorry folks

Due to complications with the groomer. We will not be collecting at Chappell Saturday Jan 23rd. The groomer is on the trail near the end so use caution. The trail is in ok shape, and still comfortably done, but we done want to cross the line.

Beatutiful Sunset tonight in Valemount !

Had to pull a sled out later this afternoon and trail is still awsome. If you charged for Saturday i would not care. They were working on it when we went by.

Thanks, without being on the trail myself, I had to take advice from staff and the mechanics who were up trying to repair.

Tough call, but it seems to be a very fine line these days and we want to keep things positive.

Agree with rsaint, even if the groomer was fubar, but someone was at the trail head I would definately pay for a pass, gotta support those who make every effort to aid in this addiction!!

Trail passes are by far the cheapest aspect of this crazy expensive sport. Anyone who complains about spending $15 to ride some of the best snowmobiling terrain in the world needs to find a new sport.... Like knitting!

I would imagine the hills are in dirty need of snow by now. We rode westridge on tuesday and wensday and foam creek on thursday. Westridge was very good with ours being the only tracks into the second and third bowls over the saddle. Foam was down on snow compared to valemont and was alot more setup. I cant see the main areas having much untracked by now.

Hey Scott. To bad we didn't know that was your group busting the trail over or we may have come join you. None of us are familiar with the area so we weren't sure how to get out once you make the drop in there. I would bet there was some good snow back there. We ended up going home early on Thursday a couple guys were sick. That sucked but not much a guy can do about it. Maybe we can hook up another time.

Ya we got turned around by the the DOT,s cause the trailer breakaway battery was dead, on our way to blue river that morning so we just came back to westridge. We met two guys on their way out at the powerline, must of been your sickies.
The snow was insane over the ridge and just kept getting better the farther back you went. The four of us rode untouched all day.
