Yes, there are little booths at the trail heads but usually there is someone sitting in a car right by the booth collecting the trail fee's.

Trail fee's 4 guys is the easiest. day 1 buy the trail passes for everyone 60 $ second guys pays towards dinner that night, day 2 guy 3 pays for passes guy 4 pays for lunch at A&W. If you head in before the trailer master is there , look for him on the way down. Life is simple as long as people pay fair
