Took my 2012 ProClimb 800 in for the most recent updates and now it's a dog. Feels like the clutching is way off, just doesn't pull like it did before. About 30 miles in today and blew a belt, have never cooked a belt on this sled in 800 miles(084belt). Replaced it with my spare which is an 083. Now it has an intermittent bog off idle and it seems like the belt is too tight (squealing). Looks to be sitting fine in the secondary though, middle of ribs. Also the secondary is getting pretty hot, as hot or hotter than the primary.

Oh the updates were new rollers, i think, in the secondary and a coolant hose something or other.

Anyone else having similar problems?

Pull the spacer they put in the secondary and see if that's the problem?

The update puts a spacer inside the secondary clutch. I think you have other problems. What did your dealer say?

Said they just changed the rollers. Seems like it doesn't back shift like it did before, can't see new rollers causing that.
